01. Start with a Discovery Call
Every project begins with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This is a chance for you to tell me about your space, what you'd like to change, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also talk about which service may be the best fit for your project.
02. Choose Your Service
After our call, I'll confirm the recommended next step. For Room Refresh or a custom project, you'll receive a proposal outlining the scope and cost before moving forward. Once everything is agreed upon, I'll send your agreement and invoice to officially get your project started.
03. Tell Me About Your Space
Before we meet for your consultation, I'll gather the information I need to understand your space. Depending on your service, this may include a questionnaire, photos, measurements, inspiration, and details about how you use the room.
04. Let's Talk Design
This is where we dig deeper. During your consultation, we'll talk through what's working, what isn't, your preferences, priorities, budget, and the direction you'd like to take your space.
For Design Consultation clients, this conversation is the heart of the service, followed by your written recap. For Room Refresh and custom projects, it becomes the foundation for the design work that follows.
05. Your Plan Comes Together
For Room Refresh and applicable custom projects, I'll take everything we've discussed and develop your personalized design plan. This is where the layout, design direction, sourcing, and other agreed deliverables come together into a clear plan for your space.
You'll have an opportunity to review the initial plan and provide feedback before it's finalized.
06. Bring It to Life
Once your project is complete, you'll have the recommendations, resources, and guidance you need to move forward. Whether you make the changes all at once or gradually over time, the plan is yours to implement at a pace that works for you.
